CBD drinks with less than 0.3% THC are federally legal in the U.S. THC drinks are available in select states where recreational cannabis is legal. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

Store them in a cool, dark place or refrigerate after opening. Most products have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Check each label for expiration and storage instructions.
