TX DSHS has submitted new rulings on 3/6/26 to be effective immediately. All hemp flower and concentrates over .3% THC including THCA will no longer be available for sale in Texas or shipped to Texas customers.

However, they haven’t posted it officially so we are waiting for further confirmation to see if a 5 day or 20 day grace period will be in effect.  So, purchase while you can. We will keep you informed.  We apoligize for not having more clarification from the State.
