TX DSHS has submitted new rulings on 3/6/26 to be effective immediately. All hemp flower and concentrates over .3% THC including THCA will no longer be available for sale in Texas or shipped to Texas customers.

We are waiting for further confirmation to see if a 20 day grace period is in effect.  So, purchase while you can. We will keep you informed.
