Tips for Successful Fill:
- Use a syringe to fill the oil around the inner walls, and then cap and prime the cartridge
- The process should be completed within 1.5 minutes to prevent leaks, especially with thinner oils.
What you'll need:
- iKrusher Calibr cartridge
- Your choice of oil or concentrate, ideally pre-heated to around 122°F (50°C) for easier flow
- A blunt-tip syringe with a narrow gauge (around 2.0mm)
- Clean, flat workspace
- Paper towels for any spills
- Gloves Recommended
Step 1: The Calibr Max mouthpiece is a cap that is pressed on, but it must be filled before the final cap is sealed
Step 2: Fill the cartridge with distillate.
- Carefully insert the syringe into the open cartridge, avoiding the central airflow post.
- Dispense the oil slowly down the inner walls of the glass tank.
- Fill the cartridge to the recommended level. Do not overfill, as the mouthpiece will take up some space when you cap
Step 3: Cap the cartridge
Immediately after filling (within 1.5 minutes, especially for thinner oils), press the mouthpiece onto the tank until it's securely sealed
Step 4: Prime and stand upright
- To prevent leaks, immediately flip the cartridge upside down for 30 minutes after capping. This allows the oil to cool away from the mouthpiece.
- Flip the cartridge right-side up and let it stand upright for another 30 minutes. This gives the coil ample time to become fully saturated and prevents "dry hits"
Step 5: Start vaping
After the cartridge is fully primed, attach it to your 510 battery and begin with a few short, gentle puffs at a low-voltage setting to warm up the coil gradually.
