Celebrating 5 Years of RESTART

Wow! Five whole years of RESTART!

To think back to when we first started this business, we had no idea where the market or industry would go.

I reflect on our initial “WHY” which hasn’t changed much over the years.

We truly believe cannabis is powerful and through education, people can better learn how to find what works best for their situation and lifestyle.

For me, cannabis is primarily my way to feel best in my body.

After a gnarly auto-pedestrian accident in 2015, I became confronted with chronic pain.

There were more days in pain than not.

And I’ll be the first to acknowledge no one truly knows what it is like walking in your shoes.

Pain is personal.

Relief is too.

Cannabis isn’t magic and finding what will work best for you will take time.

Exploring different cannabinoids, form factors, and dosages.

Consistency plays a role too, and figuring out when to consume and how much can play a heavy role in how effective it is in helping you reach your goals.

In these five years, we’ve not only furthered our education and relationship with the plant.

But we’ve helped thousands and thousands of you explore your canna curiosity while also making an impact in our community.

We’ve grown to be respected leaders in the industry, as well as stood proudly as advocates influencing change in Austin, Texas, and beyond.

This milestone represents so much hard work put in by each and every one of my sisters, my family members, our team, our vendors, our partners, and our community.

We wouldn’t be here without the continued support and perseverance displayed day in and day out.

From launching our brand in August 2018 right before federal hemp legalization was implemented in December 2018.

In 2022 we weathered storms like the PACT Act prohibiting us from shipping vape nationwide and navigated the smokable hemp ban Texas imposed summer of 2022 which targets processing and manufacturing smokables in Texas.

We’ve evolved from the early days of solely selling CBD products to expanding our offering to include high-quality Delta 9 and Delta 8 THC, CBN, CBG, and THCV.

And we recognize there are still so many questions and concerns about the long-term nature of this industry, especially here in Texas.

But we’re hopeful and excited to lead by example, as well as learn as we go in an effort to continuously evolve.

We look forward to what the next 5 years bring, and if they’re anything like the last 5…. well we’re prepared and ready to go!
