In general, there are four primary methods for CBD consumption.

The one that works best for you may differ depending on your circumstances. Tinctures can be taken sublingually, added to food and drinks and rubbed directly on your skin, concentrates and vape oil are either used with a pin or smoked through a vape pen, edibles eaten and topicals applied directly to the sore spot.

When you are purchasing CBD Products, you have several options.

Full spectrum CBD vs. Pure CBD isolate is an interesting topic of research for many people. People tend to make a huge discussion out of this whole debate treating it as if it’s some sort of ultra-complex riddle that takes years and years of advanced scientific study to figure out.  In reality, though, it’s really not that difficult.

The Difference Between Cannabinoids:

  1. FULL SPECTRUM CBD <0.3% THC: Full Spectrum: For a more holistic approach to using CBD – a full spectrum CBD oil product may be your best bet. Full spectrum CBD refers to pure hemp oil that features all the same cannabinoids present in the original hemp plant. In full spectrum CBD oil, there is nothing left out. This all-natural CBD oil concentrate allows the cannabinoids and terpenes to work together in what is called the “entourage effect.” Different cannabinoids introduce various potential benefits that can address a wide variety of ailments, both on their own and in conjunction with one another.
  2. PURE CBD ISOLATE NO THC: Pure CBD (Cannabidiol): Isolating the perceived valuable aspects of any substance is a common approach in the pharmaceutical model. This is because it works to maximize an ‘active ingredient’ to its utmost efficacy and safety. Put simply, CBD isolate is CBD in its purest form. CBD isolate is exactly what it sounds like. It is CBD, separated (isolated) from any and all other cannabis compounds.
  3. CBD:CBG: CBG (Cannabigerol: Chemical Properties – At the molecular level, CBG affects the body quite differently than CBD. It targets different receptors, and it interacts with different systems. Some degree of research has been done into CBG and its effects on humans, but we don’t know enough to make any definitive statements on the potential medical benefits or risks of using this cannabinoid. Effects in the Body – CBG is generally reported as having a soothing, calming effect, and this cannabinoid does not have any notable side effects. Before we’re able to describe exactly how CBG might help people with physical, emotional, or psychological issues, more research will need to be done.
  4. CBD:CBN PM FORMULA: CBN (Cannabinol): Cannabinol (or CBN for short) is a mildly-psychoactive cannabinoid compound found in mature cannabis and hemp plants. Contrary to other cannabinoids, CBN does not come directly from CANNABIGEROL (CBG). CBN may have an untapped potential as a sedative. Depending on how you respond, it might help you chill out after a long day, loosen up for a social sitation or get some solid rest. CBN alone could bring relief, or it might benefit your routine as an addition to CBD so that you get the entourage effects of multiple cannabinoids working together. CBN can be used effectively as a sleep aid or sedative. This cannabinoid has also been shown to help regulate the immune system and works to relieve several conditions.
