This recipe utilizes our RESTART REPLENISH CBD Oil which is the perfect dose for giving you all the benefits of CBD without feeling fatigued or drowsy. Depending on how your body processes CBD, we recommend starting with a half dose and working your way into a full mL.

- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder (she love Nuzest French Vanilla Protein!)
- 1/2 Medium Avocado
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2-1mL RESTART REPLENISH CBD Oil (20mg CBD per 1mL)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Add extra liquid to make a thinner consistency or ice cubes for a thicker texture, depending on your preference
